Tentative schedule for 2025 training term:
Bayview Lean Six Sigma - White Belt
June 2 – 20        Promotion of training (both White and Yellow)June 2 – 20 + Registration window for White Belt
June 25              White Belt Lesson 1 (2 hours)
July 2                  White Belt Lesson 2 (2 hours)
July 9                  White Belt Lesson 3 + review (2.5 hours)
July 10 – 18        Exam for White Belt to get the Bayview Lean Six Sigma - White Belt certification (~ 30-minutes). Students require 60% or higher score to pass.
Bayview Lean Six Sigma – Yellow belt
July 21 – 31        Registration window for Yellow Belt (Pre-requisite is the successful completion of the White Belt course)
Aug 14                 Yellow Belt Lesson 1 (2 hours)
Aug 20                Yellow Belt Lesson 2 (2 hours)
Sept 4 Yellow Belt Lesson 3 + Project assignment (2.5 hours)
Sept 5         Exam for Yellow Belt (~ 1 hour). Students require 60% or higher score to pass.
< Sept 12            Submission of project proposal
Week 38             Review and approval of project by student manager & trainer
Week 39-47 Work on project with trainer support
Week 49       Submission and presentation of project including results.
Week 49-50      Meeting with student manager & training to discuss pass/fail of student.
